On your phone, go to Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging and turn it on. Installation SHOULD NOT be interrupted, especially by the device going off because of low battery power.
You can also choose to install the applications without installing the ROM.
You should NEVER try to install a wrong version of operating system on a device. Note that this process is meant for the international version of the Note. Also, this form of modification certainly voids your warranty. You will follow these instructions at your own risk, we will not be responsible for any damages that your device may incur. You could easily damage your phone to the point of no recovery. Tampering with the phone’s ROM is risky, no matter how simple it is. If you have already installed this update, you may be more inclined to want to stick to the stock Android rather than switch to a custom ROM.
The new Jelly Bean update has also come with a ton of Premium Suite upgrades from Samsung which include Project Butter, Google Now, a new notification panel, improved battery management, dual homescreen modes, page buddy and more S Note and S Pen features among others. This new update has completely revamped and revived the user interface on Note as well as added a ton of new improvements and features – even more reasons for their owners to want to stick to it or maybe look forward to an even better Note III in the future. The international version of Samsung Galaxy Note is receiving Android 4.1.2 XXLSZ Jelly Bean update – if you have this phablet, you should already have it on your phone or at least have the notification if you have the ROM installed.
